Twenty years ago today, The Rock made his in-ring debut at Survivor Series 1996, in a traditional 4-on-4 elimination match. The Rock was the sole survivor for his team which included Marc Mero, Jake Roberts, and The Stalker defeating Crush, Jerry Lawler, Triple H, and Goldust.

Within just a few short years he would go on to become one of the company's biggest household names and propel professional wrestling to new heights never seen before.
