Former TNA superstar Angelina Love mentioned on Twitter that she would be interested in joining the tournament in a tweet up above.

WWE is considering planning on doing an all women’s tournament, which will be similar to the Cruiserweight Classic, that will air in 2017 on the WWE Network. WWE has been in contact with female talents around the world and told some talents that they would start taping in January and some talents were told that the taping would start in March.
