Hogan vs Gawker is a raging battle still as he has sued a talent agent who is connected to the sex tape leak scandal. Tony Burton had allegedly sent the sex tape to an editor of Gawker named A.J Daulerio back in 2012.
Hogan is taking Burton to court as well as Tony's firm which is called Don Buchwald & Associates, for conspiring to extort money from him, and also for leaking the racist remarks to National Enquirer. Hogan was caught using the n-word which resulted in him being removed from WWE programming and the website at one point.
Hogan had filed the lawsuit in May, and The New York Post is reporting that Tony Burton's insurance company, Zurich American Insurance Company, and American Zurich Insurance Company, has filed court papers on Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court.
