David Bixenspan is reporting the State of Tennessee has officially issued a tax lien against TNA Entertainment, LLC on 9/8/16. This means the state can seize TNA property if they do not repay the debt in a fair amount of time.

Bixenspan has noted that the Tennessee tax law mostly covers successor companies, and so TNA's unpaid debt and the new owners would have to be responsible taking on the debt they owe.

A hearing is scheduled for next Thursday regarding the suit with Corgan, and while no one has said anything yet there's still one involving Eric Bischoff for unpaid debts owed from when Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment was providing production services for TNA.
