Former WWE wrestler turned backstage producer Jamie Noble has been hospitalized after he was stabbed two times outside his home on Wednesday morning, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.
Noble reportedly returned home early in the morning from a WWE event and shortly after left the Shadowood mobile home park to get some refreshments, according to The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office. Upon returning to his trailer a driver pulled up behind his car and accused Noble of cutting him off on the road.
Jamie allegedly apologized, but the two men continued to argue and Noble eventually took the man to the ground when things got physical. Two other men were also present and got out of the car, one of them stabbed Jamie in the upper back and then in the mid-back spine area before fleeing.
Noble was taken to the emergency room where he was treated. He is currently believed to still be in hospital. His condition remains unclear.
Our thoughts are of course with Noble and his family at this time.
