According to PWInsider, WWE has not yet signed Tony Nese or Drew Gulak.  The pair were booked for Raw and will be booked for additional appearances by the company. But as of now, they are being booked due to the nature of their contract with Gabe Sapolsky's EVOLVE and EVOLVE's relationship with the company. EVOLVE's contract deals include a clause that states talents can get out of their contracts for WWE deals but for anything else, EVOLVE would have to grant a release. So WWE doesn't have to worry about these men jumping to another televised promotion.

In addition to being booked on Monday Night Raw, there's also been interest in Drew Gulak coming in to the Performance Center as a coach. WWE is high on him as a trainer based on what they have seen of him running WWNLive seminars.
