Cm Punk was defeated in his MMA debut in 2 minutes and 14 seconds via a rear naked choke by Micky Gall. Punk was taken down straight away by Gall and never looked like recovering as Galls BJJ skills were too much for him which eventually ended in Gall submitting Punk via a rear naked choke.
Punk was very humble in his post match interview with Joe Rogan and said that ' he will be back ' and ' he won't stop '. Punk also said that ' any kids watching should not give up on their dreams, I know that sounds preachy who just beat up, but fuck it '.
