Chris Benoit Biopic Back In Development

The unauthorized Chris Benoit biopic, tentatively titled Crossface, about the 2007 double murder/suicide of the Benoit family has been in development for years but never seemed to get off of the ground. Now, according to an IMDB leak, Punisher: War Zone director Lexi Alexander has been chosen to direct the film.

Alexander confirmed this on twitter but was quick to deny any interviews as the studio still wants to do a press release about the film.
