[GRAPHIC PHOTOS] WWE NXT Star Tommaso Ciampa Suffers Lip Injury At Pro Wrestling Guerrilla Event

WWE NXT star Tommaso Ciampa noted on his official Twitter page that he suffered an injury while working this past weekend's Pro Wrestling Guerrilla "Battle of Los Angeles" event.

As noted by Ciampa's post, the injury saw a chunk of his lip get removed, which resulted in him having to get five stitches to have the wound closed up.
