According to TMZ.com, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch will not face any jail time despite being convicted in three separate DUI cases related to different incidents that took place over a short period of time.
Sytch was initially facing up to 90 days in jail for each conviction; however, according to TMZ.com's report, Sytch's lawyer states that the judge gave her a 90-day sentence with credit for 97 days served in a rehabilitation center. Additionally, Sytch was also given a five-year parole that requires 125 hours of community service, bi-weekly alcohol testing, and fines that total approximately $2,100.
Despite all of this, the judge also apparently stated, according to the report, that Sytch's situation is a "zero tolerance" one, and that should she violate her five-year parole, she will actually be sentenced to jail.
In a statement to TMZ.com, Sytch stated that she has been sober for a total of 152 days and that she remains dedicated to maintaining her sobriety.
