Big Show Announces That He Plans To Retire After WWE WrestleMania 33

During a Thursday appearance on Miami, Florida's Sports Talk 790 The Ticket, WWE Superstar Big Show not only confirmed that he is training to compete against legendary basketball star Shaquille O'Neal at next year's WrestleMania 33 event in Miami, but that once the event itself is over with, he plans to retire, meaning that this year will be his final one with WWE.

Show further stated that he feels better now at age 44 than he did at age 34; however, he still wanted to be in the best shape possible "for my match against Shaquille O'Neal at WrestleMania 33."

There had been initial rumors that Show was considering winding down his career some time in the near future, and his recent comments have now officially confirmed that fact.
