Rob Van Dam Launches Campaign To Help ECW Legend Sabu Get Hip Replacement Surgery

Rob Van Dam is asking fans to help his friend and ECW Legend Subu pay for much-needed surgery.

Sabu needs hip replacement as soon as possible and although Van Dam is asking for help Subu was against asking, however his closest friends have launched the campaign to reach a goal of $50,000.

Sabu has been dealing with shoulder and back issues for a while now, which has left him with a limp. 

The GoFundMe page reads: 

"Your donations will be used for Sabu to get his surgery, which includes: Pre-operational procedures, the surgery itself and post-operation requirements; including physical therapy. Thousands of dollars have already been spent on getting consultations, X-rays, injections and other medical attention to help with his hip without surgery. 

After the procedure, Sabu will do rehabilitation on his hip and will return to the ring as quickly as possible. "
