Quick Results From Tonight's WWE Cruiserweight Classic

Below are quick results from tonight's edition of the WWE Cruiserweight Classic on the WWE Network:

--Gran Metalik defeated Tajiri. He will advance to the third round to face the winner of the match between Akira Tozawa and Jack Gallagher.

--Kota Ibushi defeated Cedric Alexander in what was truly an exciting main event that nearly went the entire time limit. He will advance to face the winner of the match between Brian Kendrick and Tony Nese. Following this match, the crowd began chanting "Thank You!" and "Please Sign Cedric!" This brought out WWE COO Triple H, who nodded his head and mouthed "OK" to the crowd before smiling, putting his arm around Alexander, and leading him to the backstage area.
