PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE has apparently offered Cody Rhodes a Legends deal with the company, which would allow both parties to work together again after Rhodes left WWE on bad terms back in May.
The deal likely would not include Rhodes making any appearances with the company; however, it would allow WWE to continue to sell merchandise that contains his likeness.
In a related story, Rhodes has also taken to his official Twitter page to comment on WWE bringing back "Clash of the Champions," which, as previously reported, will take place this coming September. Rhodes noted that the event was something that his father the late "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, originally came up with. Below is what Rhodes had to say:
I'm not in the slightest bit perturbed...

...a new audience gets to feel clash. I hope all of Dream's originals eventually return. Havoc, Bash, Cade' and of course the war games
