WWE recently applied to trademark “Clash of the Champions” for use with a new TV show, toys, gaming and other merchandising. This could be an indication that they could be bringing back the popular WCW specials as maybe a special for their own WWE Network.

We recently reported WWE NXT is to be “raided” for the upcoming brand extension that begins next month, Bryan Alvarez reported recently that there were more than 6 names scheduled to be brought up from NXT in the WWE Draft.

WWE is also reaching out to former talents for the brand extension as well.
