Update Regarding The Health Of George "The Animal" Steele

The daughter of WWE Hall of Famer George "The Animal" Steele has provided the following update on her father's current condition regarding his still-undisclosed health issues via Facebook:

"I have news to report about my dad's surgery. Let me begin by saying that my family is thrilled about the prayers and best wishes. My dad told me that he had a call from MSU's assistant football coach last night and the head football coach got on the phone. He was told that the MSU family would be praying for him also. We are so humbled by all of your thoughts, stories, and prayers, as is my father.

So here's what I know as of this moment. They had to stop the surgery because of my dad's breathing. They are putting him in ICU for the next couple of days to evaluate him; the doctors will then decide their next course of action. Please continue praying for him and the doctors. Again thank you so much. I will keep all of you informed as I hear of news.
