WWE Release Damien Sandow

In addition to the release of Alex Riley, Hornswoggle,Zeb Colter, El Torito, Women's Wrestler Cameron, Santino and Wade Barrett. WWE has released Damien Sandow.

Damien Sandow is a former WWE Tag Team Champion, Money in the Bank 2013 and Slammy Award winner.

Below is the official WWE statement on the releases:

"WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstars King Barrett, Damien Sandow, Santino Marella, Cameron, Hornswoggle, Alex Riley, El Torito and Zeb Colter as of today, Friday, May 6, 2016. WWE wishes them the best in all of their future endeavors."
