CleveScene.com is reporting that Cleveland, Ohio police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Donald Nemeth, the 29-year-old brother of WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, on charges of aggravated murder.
The warrant stems from an incident that occurred back on January 23rd, in which a 34-year-old man named Joseph Mascol was shot and killed at the University Hotel and Suites in Cleveland. Police have now gathered enough evidence to prove that Nemeth attempted to rob the man, who was said to be a Marine veteran, before shooting and killing him.
Police initially released photos of potential suspects back in February after weeks passed without any arrests being made; however, it wasn't until this week that they announced they had gathered enough evidence to issue a warrant for Nemeth's arrest.
