Chyna's Former Manager Reveals Her Apparent Cause Of Death

Multiple sources are reporting that Anthony Anzaldo, the former manager of Chyna, believes that the late former WWE star passed away from an accidental overdose of Valium and Ambien.

Anzaldo stated the following in an email, according to NBCNews.com:

"She accidentally and unintentionally misused her legally prescribed medication over the course of 2-3 weeks. It's an epidemic."

As previously reported, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has yet to rule on Chyna's official cause of death. They recently announced that that ruling is deferred pending additional investigation regarding the case itself. It is also being reported that full test results are not expected to be back for at least the next couple of months.

Assistant Chief Ed Winter from the Coroner's office had the following to say regarding the case:

"It is not closed. It's premature to give a cause of death on a case that the final tests are not in on yet."

Chyna passed away last week at the age of 45 and was found in her Redondo Beach, California apartment by Anzaldo on April 20th. Anzaldo has stated that despite finding her on that particular date, she actually died in her sleep on April 17th. He went to Chyna's apartment after being unable to contact her for a few days.
