WWE Raw's New Authority Figure To Be Named At Payback

Stephanie McMahon made her first WWE appearance since WrestleMania 32 on Monday night's edition of Raw to announce that at this coming Sunday's Payback event, Vince McMahon will be on hand to announce who will officially run Raw going forward as its new authority figure.
A mobile alert from WWE further specified that running Raw will be either Stephanie or her brother, Shane McMahon, who has been running the show ever since WrestleMania 32 ended.
