Rumor Killer Regarding Matt Hardy's Apparent Spinal Injury From Tuesday Night's Impact Wrestling

Following Tuesday night's edition of Impact Wrestling, Matt Hardy posted on his official Facebook page that he suffered an injury during the match he competed in against his brother Jeff Hardy. Matt stated the following:

"A piece of the broken table pierced my flesh and hit my spine, permanently damaging my spinal cord. I am finished."

This has led to many wondering if Matt's injury was actually legitimate in nature; however, it should be noted that Tuesday night's show was taped back in March, and that Matt actually competed at the WrestleCon Supershow earlier this month in Dallas, Texas, in which he faced and defeated Lance Storm.
