TNA Wrestling has almost been sold according to Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio. The company which is currently owned and funded by Panda Energy International has been described as "out of money" at this time.
TNA President Dixie Carter is trying to remain in control of the company ideally wanting a 51% controlling stake, but has little to no bargaining power to make that happen.
Aroluxe has been funding the company's recent television tapings, which is headed up by Ron and Don Harris who both worked for TNA as wrestlers and production staff. Both are looking likely to be the one's taking over TNA.
The company’s current situation is said to be bad and any new investors may look into overhauling the whole company from management, writers and talent roster.
The sale of the company could reportedly happen in the next few days or a month from now.
