Baylor University Attempt To Block A WWE Trademark

Baylor University in Waco, Texas has filed a trademark block of the WWE's attempt to trademark the phrase "Balor Club."

The have until March 5th to either file an opposition or request an extension for the trademark.

The University currently has a private club called Baylor Club. It is currently a private club for Baylor alumni and staff, as well as the general Waco professional, civic and social community. Baylor Club is unique because it’s one of the few private clubs in the nation located on a university campus.

The club was opened in 2014.

The WWE was using the Baylor Club term for the new Bullet Club that would be ran by Finn Balor.
