Alberto Del Rio Reportedly Dealing With Injury

Alberto Del Rio is currently experiencing an issue with his lower back, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider. He becomes the latest in a long line of WWE Superstars to be dealing with injury.

He did not compete in a match on Monday's Raw and he reportedly wasn't backstage at the Smackdown taping.

It's unknown at this stage how serious his injury is.

UPDATE: Del Rio reportedly hurt his back when he took a vertical suplex from Brock Lesnar in the Royal Rumble match.
