Is Nikki Bella's Neck Injury Due To Her Finishing Move?

As previously reported, Nikki Bella is expected to find out at the end of January if she will need surgery on her neck for bulging discs. The latest speculation suggests her neck issues could be the result of her finishing move known as "Rack Attack."  

The Wrestling Observer Radio today that while the injury is legit, there may be something more to the Rack Attack aspect of the story because of Total Divas. Perhaps the injury is being attributed to the Rack Attack for a Total Divas storyline or something like that, we don’t know for sure yet.
