Jimmy Snuka’s Preliminary Hearing Postponed

Jimmy Snuka’s preliminary hearing which was set to take place this morning was postponed.
That hearing was postponed because a motion was filed by The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office requesting that the court approve filing a “Bill of Information”
It's unknown when the hearing will be rescheduled.
Snuka was arrested back on September 1st charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the May 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino.
