Small Update on Rey Mysterio/WWE Conversations

Rey Mysterio has recently stated in interviews that he would not be against returning to WWE at some point. It was expected that Mysterio would play a major role in AAA's Lucha Underground promotion but now that Lucha Underground's future in uncertain, Mysterio's future is uncertain as well.

It's being reported by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Rey Mysterio and WWE officials have had some “casual insignificant” talk.

It should be noted though that Mysterio is still reportedly under contract with the AAA promotion in Mexico.
