Former ROH star Tommaso Ciampa has taken to Twitter to refute a report by The Wrestling Observer that he is dealing with a neck injury. He tweeted:

Insanely disappointing to see completely misinformed people report false injuries. I'm 100% healthy. Have some damn integrity.
