Hulk Hogan’s attorneys have filed new court documents in his sex tape lawsuit against Gawker according to TMZ.com.
Hogan wants Gawker’s publisher Nick Denton and former Gawker exec A.J. Daulerio fully investigated for potentially leaking the sex tapes which contained Hogan’s racist rant.
Hogan makes the point that the section of the sex tape in which he made the comments was ruled by a federal judge to be “confidential”, and all parties involved were strictly prohibited from making it public.
Gawker are claiming they had no involvement in the leak:
“Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information.”
