Earlier today, Ring of Honor announced on their website that Roderick Strong, who is billed as "Mr. ROH" and challenged Jay Lethal for the ROH World Championship at last Friday's Death Before Dishonor XIII iPPV, taking the champion to a sixty minute draw, has re-signed with the company having been with ROH for the past 13 years.
PWTorch are reporting that the deal Strong has signed is exclusive, such as the ones ROH World & World TV Champion Jay Lethal, The Briscoes, reDRagon, Adam Cole and Michael Elgin are under, meaning Strong can now only work independent dates when ROH permits which for the aforementioned names have been very few since signing their deals respectively.
This doesn't bode well for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, where Strong is the current PWG World Champion. Strong also regularly competes for Gabe Sapolsky's EVOLVE/WWNLive promotion, so it is expected that he will wrap up with them too.
