WWE Issues Statement On Vince McMahon's Use Of The "N-Word" In 2005 Segment

WWE has issued the following statement to TMZ.com regarding Vince McMahon's use of the "n-word" in a 2005 television segment, saying the word "very deliberately" in front of John Cena, Booker T, and Booker's wife Sharmell:

"Everyone recognizes the 2005 segment was an outlandish and satirical skit involving fictional characters, similar to that of many scripted television shows and movies."

This statement comes in response to the current and widely-publicized situation involving Hulk Hogan.
