WWE.com has confirmed Stardust's return:

"Stardust will make his in-ring return tonight when Raw comes to Atlanta’s Philips Arena. 

The Superstar formerly known as Cody Rhodes hasn’t competed inside the squared circle since his father Dusty Rhodes’ passing in June, and Stardust’s return will hold special meaning considering The American Dream called Atlanta home."
