WWE Diva Lana made her face turn on Monday night's edition of Raw following a segment that took place earlier in the evening, which saw Lana defend what she did at Sunday night's Payback event when she informed the referee that Rusev (who was speaking in his native Bulgarian tongue at the time) was submitting to John Cena in their "I Quit!" Match for Cena's United States Championship. Despite this, Rusev called Lana "pathetic" and "disgusting" before ordering her to leave the ring.
Later in the night, after Dolph Ziggler was named at the final participant in the Intercontinental Championship Elimination Chamber Match at the upcoming Elimination Chamber event, Lana came to the ring and kissed Ziggler not once, but twice. This brought Rusev out to the ring to attack Ziggler. As Rusev began to confront Lana, he was slapped hard in the face before being taken out by Ziggler. Lana and Ziggler then left the ring together.
It has been previously reported that there have been plans in the works to turn Lana face for some time now.
