Backstage Talk About Dustin "Goldust" Rhodes' Future in WWE

Veteran WWE Superstar Goldust recently had to have a shoulder operation and is expected to be out of action for approximately six months. The word going around backstage is that at this point in his career, he may not be brought back to the roster full-time again.

However, Goldust does seem to have an on-again-off-again relationship with WWE, as he has been released and then brought back time and time again.

While there isn't necessarily any talk about him being released altogether, the feeling is that he may not be brought back as a performer. But he could certainly be kept on board as an agent or a trainer for NXT and the Performance Center.
