Steve Austin Addresses Rumors About Problems with WWE

WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin took to his podcast and addressed the rumors that have been circulating about possible tensions between Austin and Vince McMahon/WWE. Austin's podcast can be found by clicking here at PodcastOne.com.

In regards to him not appearing at WrestleMania 31, Austin says that there were never any real plans for him to appear at the show. He watched the event at home and he was never scheduled to be there.

Austin acknowledged that he did have talks with WWE about hosting a new season of Tough Enough but filming of the show got delayed and then when WWE was ready to start filming, Austin couldn't do it because he was already busy filming his Broken Skull Challenge program for CMT. He says there is no heat between him and WWE over this situation.

Regarding the podcast he did with Vince McMahon on the WWE Network, Austin says that there is no truth to the rumors that Vince McMahon was unhappy with how the podcast went. There were negotiations to do another podcast but the two sides couldn't reach a deal.

Austin says that he has a good relationship with WWE right now and would be open to working with them again.
