WWE announced at Tuesday night's SmackDown television taping that legendary Japanese wrestling star Tatsumi Fujinami will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2015.
Fujinami is a former six-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion and is best known for his work in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Fujinami also competed at WCW SuperBrawl 1991 in a match against Ric Flair.
PWInsider.com reports that Flair will be the one to induct Fujinami into the WWE Hall of Fame.
This now leaves one more name for this year's WWE Hall of Fame class, which is expected to be announced on next week's WWE Raw as Kevin Nash. It is unknown at this time whether Nash will be inducted as himself or as Diesel.
