Jim Ross, noted on his blog that, probably because of his "lack of writing expertise" people have misunderstood what he said about former NXT head trainer Bill DeMott.
He continues on to say that, he doesn't endorse bullying, or any of the old school training methods, whether it be on the field or in a wrestling gym. He believes in pushing students, to achieve everything they can, as it relates to their athletic careers. It's said that talent directors can usually tell if young talent will make it within the first couple of days. He asks how could anyone condone bullying or bigoted behavior.
He's answered many people, even though they reacted disrespectfully, and "hurt his feeling", a very few of them he had to block.
