The official WWE’s website has an article up looking at Batista's movie career. The article notes that the former WWE Champion is rumored to be playing “The Kurgan” in the Highlander reboot.

The original Highlander from 1986 starred French actor Christopher Lambert as Connor MacLeod, an immortal Scottish warrior who had to duel other immortalover the centuries in order to survive and ultimately win the coveted Prize you ultimately receive when you become the very last immortal standing. 

The movie also starred Clancy Brown in the role of the Kurgan,
