Sinclair Broadcasting are advertising two jobs on their website for Ring of Honor. One is a marketing manager, to help target new and existing audiences, manage and develop social media and pursue licensing deals which are financially profitable. The second is an associate producer to help with their live event, television and pay-per-view production. The successful applicant will work alongside head ROH producer Dan Bynum, who previously worked for World Class Championship Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling in the 1980's and 90's.
These jobs were advertised in mid-January. As we reported two days ago, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Sinclair Broadcasting rejected a proposal from ROH for an increased budget, something ROH play-by-play announcer Kevin Kelly has debunked.
.@Mjtoosexayy @ringofhonor Sounds ridiculous to you too. It never happened but @davemeltzerWON has the scoop.
