WWE Very Happy With Newcomer's Merchandise Sales & Popularity

WWE officials are said to be very happy with WWE newcomer Kevin Owens, formerly Kevin Steen of Ring of Honor. The reasons they are so happy is because Owens' merchandise sales are said to be very strong, especially for someone who isn't even on flagship WWE programming. This has been attributed to the fact Owens was able to bring his loyal fanbse that he grew in ROH and on the indies with him and they have been very supportive of him, something WWE are impressed by because not many who came from the place he came from been able to do.

Owens will challenge Sami Zayn for the NXT Championship on Wednesday, February 11th at NXT Takeover.
