Heath Slater has reportedly had an arrest warrant issued out for him this morning according to Fox 5 in Atlanta. The issue stems from an incident after the Wrestlemania 27 after party back in 2011.
Slater, real name Heath Miller, has been accused of putting Corinne Oliver who worked security at the event, in a chokehold and "dragging her back to her room" at the Hyatt Regency. Oliver is claiming that she suffered injuries with 5 vertebrates in her back.
Reportedly, a police report was never issued according to Fox 5 until three months after the event. A warrant for Slater's arrest was denied last year which makes this report all the more confusing in some respects.
Jerry McDevitt who is known as an attorney for the WWE, has said that the charges reflected against Slater alone and not WWE.
