Backstage News About How WWE Books "Total Divas" Stars

It has been reported in the past that one of Vince McMahon's rules backstage is that nobody from the Total Divas reality show should hold the Divas Championship. As of a month ago he was still fairly adamant that this rule should be enforced, but he changed his mind and let Nikki Bella win the Divas Title. It's being said that this rule is another case of Vince changing his mind about something on a weekly or even daily basis.

He also changes his mind a lot about how the Total Divas show should affect the WWE storylines on television. He reportedly goes through phases where he wants the storylines on Raw and SmackDown to match up with what's going on on Total Divas but because each episode of Total Divas was taped a while back it makes it complicated for them to make everything match up because of communication issues and general confusion about what aired on the show and how they can make it affect what happens on Raw and SmackDown.
