WWE Superstar Zack Ryder posted a video update on his injury on YouTube yesterday in which he reveals that he went for MRI which found he had a full thickness tear in his rotator cuff.
He noted that he had a stem cell injection, taking bone marrow from his hip to his shoulder which he hopes will avoid surgery.
SHe is required to rest and rehab for 6-8 weeks at which stage he will known of the injection has been successful or if he will have to have surgery.
