[WNS Column] Ambrose Vs. Rollins, featuring John Cena

CENA’S ADDITION TO DEAN AMBROSE VS SETH ROLLINS: UNECESSARY OR NOT?
Â
With A+ veterans John Cena and Brock Lesnar, and rising stars Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, this feud of the young upcoming WWE has booked may be the most intriguing, yet displeasing storyline they have created.
Â
As we are headed to the climax of the feud that’s being held in Hell In A Cell, we are still unclear on who will be in the main event that is being in the cell itself. 3 RAW shows away and there’s still lots of things they could do.
Â
For one thing, with the momentum Ambrose has been getting since his return, he needs to have a solid victory over his former teammate. We’ve only seen them have a proper singles match once in RAW. The lumberjack and brawl from the past
Â
2 PPVs doesn’t count. So I think them being locked in a cell and main event would be the best way to book them.
Two matches may have been set up.
Â
With a disqualification win over Lesnar at Night Of Champions, Cena: the inevitable veteran came off as a third-wheel in this feud. Yet a common enemy and a world champion rematch. His dissatisfaction caused him to have an unwanted ally with Ambrose.
Â
A title rematch at Night Of Champions being hampered by Mr. Money In The Bank: Seth Rollins. Ambrose and Cena have now allied themselves against one common enemy. With them getting equally revenge to Rollins this past Monday from Chicago, WWE may be heading to an Ambrose vs. Cena match. The winner will have to face Seth Rollins in the cell.
Â
Cena not having any opponents for the next PPV (as WWE wanting him to be in every single one), they decided to insert him. With the thought that he would get some momentum if being allied with a rising babyface, that though may not seem the case. That’s what happens when a part timer champion has a very limited appearance. Like it or not, he has business now with Rollins.
Â
If Ambrose vs. Rollins in a Hell In A Cell match was given the chance; it may be the biggest match the young wrestlers ever had.
Â
When that happens, they would definitely throw a awe-inspiring showdown that non of us could ever forget, that match alone would be a huge stepping stone been in their young WWE career.
