"Ladies & Gentleman my name is Paul Heman
......and for $9.99 you can watch my client The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar retain the WWE Championship at Night of Champions"
Thats whats gonna happen... right ?!
We have all watched wrestling all of our lives and we all know how it works, a bad guy appears and destroys a good guy then the good guy comes back and becomes the hero again by stopping the bad guy.
From Hulk Hogan v Andre the Giant to Bret Hitman Hart v Yokozuna.
The hero usually comes out on top, but what happens when the fans are sick of the hero!?
Well, usually the hero becomes the bad guy.
So what happens when the good guy refuses to become the bad guy?
Last few months WWE has lost its edge, its entertainment value is disappearing (the value of 9.99) and fans are getting fed up watching the same old stories & matches week in week out on RAW, i mean watching the Bella twins on Jerry Springer must be up there with every Brother Love show that we would fast forward back in the day.
Night of Champions is this Sunday, and the main event is WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs Challenger John Cena, the rematch from SummerSlam, which for me, it was long over due seeing Cena destroyed.
Like him or hate him though a pay-per-view needs John Cena, but i think we can all agree we need a change from camp Cena, imagine for a second RAW goes on air next week, Michael Cole welcomes us all, next thing the lights go out, NWO music starts and out comes Cena with Cesaro & Brock Lesnar managed by Paul Heyman, now for 9.99 a month that would be value worth watching but that doesnt happen anymore, we have a part time champion, a questionable PG rating & writers that seam to be suffering from writers block !
....Welcome back to reality folks !!!
The bookmakers have Lesnar clear favourite on Sunday and if he retains the questions will be who can take on the Beast, who will stop his destruction, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton, Kane ?
With Daniel Bryan injured, CM Punk away & Ryback on a twitter rampage whos next to step up ?
BUT WAIT !!!....
My question is if John Cena does lose on sunday, what is next for the C-Nation....
He has won everything that can be one, his never say die attitude has got to be admired, but with no heal turn on the horizon...
Where does he go next ?
Hes had countless matches with most of the rosters finest Superstars and Cena has become stale and with RAW fumbling around in the dark at the moment surely it is time to bring back some sort of shock factor.
If Cena does lose surely another Orton, Wyatt, or authority feud is out of the question, but who is big enough to take on Cena and have us all on the edge of our seats.
Lately NXT superstars have been holding there own on primetime TV (9.99 by the way), is it now up to the next generation to take over, knock Cena off his bright coloured perch. Imagine Adrian Neville running down on a main event on RAW and attacking Cena, i could hear the crowd just now ! WOW !
Again, back to reality, so with nothing on the Cena horizon maybe he will just upset the odds and defeat the Beast Brock Lesnar.
With all these questions surrounding both these stars and what happens next, it makes this match a must see and like it or not, Cena will surely be much stronger than he was at SummerSlam (9.99 on WWE Network if you wanna see it again by the way) giving him a much credible performance that will do him justice, or maybe plan B, C, D or E will come down with his briefcase, Seth Rollins that is, and cash it in or maybe even Dean Ambrose will return and come down and stop Rollins cashing it in. Leaving Brock & Cena to face for a third pay per view.
What ever happens, we can all watch it on the WWE Network but im not sure how much it will be!
