The Reason Mark Henery and Rusev Was The Main Event of Raw

WWE decided to put Mark Henry and Rusev in in the main event of the show in order to give them an extra boost going into their Night of Champions match this coming Sunday. 

WWE also purposely put their biggest storyline of Brock Lesnar and John Cena in the timeslot for the halftime of the Monday Night Football game, a time typically when football fans will change channel and is also the biggest rating hour for Raw during the football season.

The show was designed specifically with promos, backstage segments and commercials all blocked out to get to the "halftime" period for Cena/Lesnar and Paul Heyman.
