"Bad News" Barrett has been told that he can return to wrestle as early as December according to PWInsider which goes along with his set recovery time, but WWE want him back for November if possible due to the European tour taking place in that time. He's still being advertised for the tour but Daniel Bryan is also listed on some promotional notes for the same tour and it seems unlikely he will take part due to his ongoing injury.
