Did Spike TV Cancel TNA Impact Wrestling Because of Vince Russo?

We previously reported that news of Vince Russo working for TNA Wrestling again might have played a factor in Spike TV's decision to not renew Impact Wrestling's TV deal.

F4Wonline.com is reporting Spike was not happy when they found out Russo was still working for TNA.

A source said this could have been the "straw that broke the camel's back," although it's likely Spike were never going to renew as a deal had not been in place for a while before this fact was known.

What we can say is Russo's involvement with TNA did not favor a deal renewal and Spike's decision making process.
