Why Doesn't Cesaro Do The Cesaro Swing Anymore?

Former WWE United States Champion Cesaro apparently won't be doing his famous "Cesaro Swing" move anymore, or at least not until WWE officials decide to turn him babyface. He was recently instructed not to do the move anymore because of how it was getting over with the fans.

It's been heavily reported over the past week or so that WWE officials have canceled their planned babyface turn for Cesaro and he will be staying as a heel for some time longer.
