WWE has reportedly canceled this year's SummerSlam Axxess event that was to be held in Los Angeles, California. They apparently had trouble finding a location for the Axxess event. It was not a cost-cutting measure.

WWE has confirmed that they will be replacing the Axxess event with a "SummerSlam Panel Series" at Club Nokia. Club Nokia has a capacity of about 2,300 people, whereas last year's SummerSlam Axxess event took place at Nokia Plaza, which has a capacity of over 20,000.
